Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
If you wish to cancel an order, please log in to your account or contact our support team immediately.
A seller may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, unavailable, or cannot be fulfilled.
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and will receive a full refund.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).
If you used store credit, the amount will be refunded as store credit balance.
Digital products, services, or customized items cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
