✅ Order Cancellation by Customers

  • Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase or before the order has been processed/shipped, whichever comes first.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please log in to your account or contact our support team immediately.

✅ Order Cancellation by Sellers / BestFindStores

  • A seller may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, unavailable, or cannot be fulfilled.

  • In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and will receive a full refund.

✅ Refunds After Cancellation

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).

  • If you used store credit, the amount will be refunded as store credit balance.

⚠️ Exceptions

  • Digital products, services, or customized items cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
