Refunds are only available for:
Orders cancelled within the allowed timeframe (see our Cancellation Policy)
Items returned in line with our Return Policy
Orders that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (bank card, mobile money, etc.).
If store credit was used, the refund will be processed back as store credit balance.
Once your cancellation/return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
